OUR PROPERTIES FOR 2014. We are an independent letting agent specialising in quality Student accommodation in Brighton. From January 6th we started renting out our properties for 2014-2015. This year we have houses ranging from 4 to 13 bedrooms, all of a high standard and many of them newly refurbished. However over half the properties have been let already. All of our properties are well located with easy access to both the universities and the city centre. We are looking for students who can look after the property and respect the residential area in which they will be living. Prices this year are based between £85-£110 and this reflects the quality of our houses. Many of our existing tenants will either stay on for a further year or move to one of our other properties.

G4 HAS ONE OF THE LOWEST AGENCY FEES IN BRIGHTON OF £125 + VAT.

OUR TENANTS ONLY NEED HALF THE DEPOSIT TO RENT ANOTHER HOUSE & ADMIN FEE OF £83.33+VAT

EXISTING TENANTS DON'T PAY RENEWAL FEES TO STAY IN THEIR HOUSE
