G4 Lets is a friendly independent lettings agency based in Brighton.

We provide accommodation specifically for students and have become specialists in this area since the company was established in 2003.

We understand that for many students, renting a property for the first time can be a little daunting. Here at G4 Lets we aim to make the process comfortable and straight-forward.

We work closely with the University of Brighton and Sussex University, also catering to students who attend BIMM, Brighton and Sussex Medical School and the surrounding colleges.

Our houses are located throughout Brighton, in areas close to the campuses and the City centre, with excellent transport links nearby. Our office and knowledgeable team are located in Fiveways.
