Deposit Protection
G4 Lets is a member of “my/deposits”, the government-approved Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme. Please click this link (www.mydeposits.co.uk) to visit their web site for more information.
The Deposit will be protected once the Tenancy Agreement is signed. The Certificate with prescribed information will be sent to the Lead Tenant. We ask that one tenant is chosen to represent the house so we have one point of contact during the tenancy.
Property Legislation
All our properties have a current Gas Safety Certificate, an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and if it’s a larger house then it will be licensed as an HMO with Brighton & Hove Council.
Data Protection
Data Protection – G4 Lets is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
